Yesterday, I went to mocha cafe with my friend around 8 pm. The cafe was good, but the guard was extremely rude. We asked for parking space, and there was only one spot available. It was a bit risky, as there was a slope, and my scooty could have fallen. A very expensive car was already parked in that spot. It doesn't matter if the car is worth crores or lakhs; we have the ethics of not scratching any car. The guard yelled at us and said, "arey kaha ghusa rahe ho gadi samjhta nahi kya , scratch lag jayga car ko , crores ki gadi h ,kuch ho jayga to, park karna nahi aata kya. Bol raha hu to samj me nahi aara kya?. " Then, he aggressively pushed my scooty back, which was very shocking. I confronted him, saying that this was not the way to talk to people, and he shouldn't talk to us like that. He ignored me and didn't even apologize. We didn't even went inside, We left the cafe at that moment, but he didn't even look at us or acknowledge our presence. I've never seen such rude and disrespectful behavior before. For convenience if im coming by scooty that doesnt means that i never sat in a car, or dont have one.
The guard's behavior was completely unacceptable. Just because we came by scooty , and other by car. He was extremely rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. Not only did he yell at us but he also physically moved my scooty without any regard for our safety or my property. This type of behavior is inexcusable. He should treat customers with respect and professionalism.
IS THAT WAY TO TREAT ANY CUSTOMERS???
I'm so disappointed because I've enjoyed the cafe in the past, but I won't return if the guards continue to treat customers this way. It's not just about me; it could have happened to anyone. Please teach your gurad ethics and...
Read moreI recently had an unfortunate dine-in experience at Mocha Cafe in Nagpur that left me quite disappointed.First and foremost, I would like to address the delay in food service. After placing our order, we waited for a staggering 45 minutes before our food was served. To make matters worse, we were not informed about any delays beforehand, which is quite frustrating as a customer. A simple update or acknowledgment of the wait time would have gone a long way in managing expectations.Additionally, the beverages we ordered did not meet the standards I had hoped for. They were lacking in flavor and didn’t match the quality I usually associate with Mocha Cafe. It was disheartening to find that both the food and drinks fell short of what I expected, leading to a less enjoyable meal.Furthermore, I could not help but notice a significant degradation in the overall ambiance and service. The once vibrant atmosphere that Mocha Cafe is known for seemed to have faded. The staff, while polite, appeared overwhelmed and disengaged, which reflected on the quality of service we received.Overall, this experience was far from satisfactory. It seems that the food, service, and ambiance have all significantly declined, which is quite disappointing for a place that I have previously enjoyed. I believe customers deserve transparency regarding wait times and a commitment to quality food and service.I hope Mocha Cafe takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to restore the positive dining experience that many have enjoyed...
Read moreFirst of all the café's ambience the place LOOKS great but there are many internal flaws. Me and my friend went there to relax we had ordered a "French Canadian Authentic Poutine" one classic and one peri peri and as we didn't see "coke" option in the menu we asked the waiter if we could get one coke and she added "lime water" and we were served with normal classic fries and normal peri peri fries with the side of cheese sauce which doesn't look like poutine at all. also the diet coke we were given a can of diet coke and a glass with ice cubes when we complaint the manager said "our poutine recipe is like this" So we basically paid ₹245 for classic fries with side of sauce and when we said we want can coke the manager said "its the restaurant price every cafe does that" and when we said we wont pay for what we didnt eat she was like "If you dont pay the waiter has to pay for you would you like that ?" basically manipulating us. when we were eating the light had went off the managers kid was crying which is not a problem but all the waiters were looking after the kid not the customers even while we were talking to the manager she took the kid in the hand trying to flew from the situation Soooo not professional 👎👎 very bad service 🙅♀️👎👎 They didn't mention its normal fries you write poutine in the menu and give normal fries with a side sauce not fair and a can of coke almost 4 times the price very bad not going to this place again very bad...
