The coffee is exceptional. The beans have a deep, roasted flavour, and the baristas pay careful attention to detail. There’s also a variety of speciality drinks, my personal favourite is the black honey coffee pop. They also have non-coffee options like teas and hot chocolate.

One standout feature is the friendly and attentive service. The staff is knowledgeable, patient with recommendations, and genuinely passionate about their craft. The orders come quickly, and they make sure everything is to your liking.

In addition to coffee, the food menu is a pleasant surprise. They have an in-house bakery where they make amazing pastries like croissants and pain au chocolats. One of my go-to combinations would be a hot vanilla mocha with their freshly baked croissant which pairs beautifully, and they also offer a variety of fries and light bites that are equally tempting. The cheesecake is also a must-try. Everything is made fresh, and there’s a clear focus on quality.

I'm usually not one to complain, but my latest coffee experience was a major letdown. I stopped by Roma yesterday morning, excited to kick-start my day with a freshly brewed cup.

Unfortunately, the coffee tasted bitter and over-extracted. The flavor was unbalanced, with a weirdly sweet aftertaste that lingered unpleasantly. I was expecting a rich, smooth cup, but what I got was a disappointing, lackluster brew.

To make matters worse, the service was slow and unfriendly. The barista seemed put off when I asked for a simple modification to my order.

Went here with friends and asked for a spare cup to split coffee. The waiter refused without reason, and when I asked the manager, she first argued and then reluctantly gave it. At billing, she again picked a fight saying I shouldn’t have spoken to the waiter like that , when I had only asked a genuine question. Such unprofessional, arrogant behavior is unacceptable.
