Good ambience but poor experience: The place known as TDS is an upscale restaurant in Ramdaspeth area. The interior is done aesthetically using British design and looks classy. But for any restaurant more important things are 2 other priorities: Service and food. Though it performs good on food side but the service is really lame and dry ( criticized in most reviews). There was nobody to usher and guide us for a suitable table. We had to find our own by having a tour De TDS. Nobody looked enthusiastic to check on our table even after taking the seats. We had to raise the hands all the time during meal as the staff was busy in either chit chat or cricket on TV. They seriously need a good training sessions on hospitality. Management is not doing a good job here. The food was good though not top-notch to satisfy it's high price tag. Poor Dal is rich here ( 230/240). Any chicken item starts from 430. For a place like this one expect a top notch taste and not just tad good. So good for just one...
Read moreI've been going to this place since almost a few years now, this is one of THE best place you can ever be to. Really good ambience as it should be. Simply perfect. About food and liquor, it is something you'll get what you are in need of. One of my personal favorites is 'Spinach Corn Lasagna' here. The music they play simply suits the atmosphere. Yes, a little bit expensive (somewhere between expensive to very expensive) but if you are from this city you would know that in this city, all the good places have high prices and this one is one of the best. This is my go to place or was rather. Since It has been taken over and refurbished some of their protocols, I kind of have a different...
Read moreI think this is one of the most enchanting place I have visited in recent times, the dining gives you a proper experience of cleanliness and a vibe of perfect comfort, the menu has the most varied source of healthy foods as well as Indian cuisines have the most delicious taste, the name of the restaurant itself is not so cliche but rather truly define the name in the staff and cooks, You can find veg as well as nonvegatarian options in this go to dining area, the area is indeed kid friendly and it gives a feeling of safety, If I need recommend something, I would beg you to try the nonveg part of the menu as it has the most...
