Sujal Saoji Restaurant — Restaurant in Nagpur

The restaurant was recommended by one of the Nagpur person. The restaurant's ambience is okay. In such summer season we were heading towards family ac room. But we were asked to seat in non ac place which has 4 coolers. But coolers were not cooling the area. We ordered for saoji boneless chicken full plate, tawa roti and jeera Rice.

In this non ac place there were mosquitoes which bite us. So we changed our sitting place and sat in the middle and asked to change the position of cooler at our side. The man who took our order did the needful. But after sometime a lady came there who took the charge. She again changed the cooler position. We requested her to make the cooler on our side but she was reluctant. She was rude and adamant lady. Then the order was placed to us but not served. The saoji boneless chicken which was served was not tender but when we were chewing it, it was like rubber. When we asked that lady, she told us that "it is like that only." The chicken is from Hyderabad poultry. Taste was good but we were disappointed as chicken was not tender. The butter tawa roti was good. Jira rice was okay.

Overall experience was not so good. Suggestions: Do something about Mosquitoes. Owner should appoint staff which is soft spoken. In case of food chicken...

Hello Foodies, i don’t recommend this restaurant at all cost Taste is worst of all time. Also waste of money and your belly will have problems.

I recommend someone please check with health department & do the needful.

Let’s start with what i had.

Masala papad. It had the worst taste in my life. Cook even don’t know that masala papad had to fry and has to put onions & tomatoes. They put ingredients which was cooked. Tasted worse so we didn’t eat at all.

Roti & Chapati. After we get our order they don’t cook properly. Second they don’t have taste of Roti & it was all black burn so no taste also taste like garbage.

Keema. I don’t have words. It was worse in the world. They really didn’t know how to cook they just server with bad taste.

Chicken. We ordered it because keema was wasted we threw out. Also the chicken had the worst taste. And grevy was to smelly.

We guys i have mentioned everything.

But I had clue after only masala papad that they don’t have proper chefs but my friends try not to get somewhere else that’s why i stay there & ruined my dinner.

Today also like next morning of dinner we all have stomach pain...

My friend's experience with other branches of saoji was good that's why we visited here... But it was a total disappointment . . Do not visit here just by looking brand name... So called branch of saoji is WORST to visit . . Food test was below average...We nearly completed our meal... 1vtandoori roti was thick as 3 tandoori rotis & one side was uncooked and other was over cooked.... PRICE was toooo high compared to test and service (I will not visit again even for free meal)

We ordered 2 times to check it was just a fluke or they have expertise in making worst tandoori roti...Result was same (disappointing)
