The Pixie Bee — Restaurant in Nagpur

One of the worst place I have had coffee. The cafe is ghosted, literally 2 people working. No air conditioning in place like Nagpur. Glass door making a huge noise, like really loud and disturbing one. Looking at the menu, you won't even feel to touch it. Disgusting. Had to be there to attend an urgent meeting otherwise I would have left. Heavy dust layer sitting on tables and when they cleaned it, cleaned it with rotten cloth so it stinked 🤢

Took order and made something else. Order iced tea, they made iced americano and don't forget, one of the worst ones. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Couldn't even felt the need to complain because was not in a mood to even explain or argue with...

PATHETIC.

Ordered a Hot Chocolate and Mocha; hot chocolate tasted like bournvita and Mocha was terrible.

Being a part of this industry for years and getting this served on the table must be embarrassing, isn't it?

Had 2 sips of both the beverages ordered and left the place paid 320 INR and the courtesy less barista didn't bother to ask what was the matter, honestly didn't even feel like telling such a DEAD VIBE.

Bad service. Bad Coffee. Bad Hot Chocolate. Bad hospitality.

Shall not even promote nor will I ever come there...

Extremely small place, with 2 seats available in the cafe; rest, all the chairs are placed outside. Ordered a KITKAT, OREO shake, and OREO shake was extra sweetened, which I didn't like. Quantity served: 250-300ml, Price: ₹290/- for both. Overall for couples it is a good idea to visit here, whereas, there might be a problem in enjoying with friends in summers, as the temperature outside is very hot...
