River Dine Restaurant & Banquet — Restaurant in Nashik

A must visit restaurant in Nashik. This is one of the finest restaurants in Nashik The decor of the restaurant is classy. There are more than enough staff members, which made ordering smooth. The staff is very friendly. There is no music being played in the restaurant, but they do have a screen on which they screen matches. When we went there, India's Live cricket match was being telecasted which made the place buzzing and lively.

Coming to the food, we ordered Koliwada Jhinga(Prawns) And Kala Masala Murgh(Chicken).

The prawns served were the tiger prawns, which are my favorite. The dish was really good. The presentation was good. The prawns coated with batter and then fried. The coating was crispy and flavourful. I would recommend you to definitely try this dish here.

The Kala Masala Murgh was spicy dish. The taste of the masala was very unique, something that I haven't tasted till then. The chicken was juicy and tender. Overall a good dish.

We also ordered Long Island Iced tea and Bloody Mary. Both were equally good.

For the main course, we asked the Maitre d' for their recommendation. They suggested the Kolhapuri Chicken (I don't remember the full name of the dish). The dish was spicy and flavourful. Much to my liking. The chicken was well cooked and juicy.

The service here is pretty quick as well.

Date 4th July 2025. Disappointing Experience at River Dine – Not Recommended

We visited River Dine yesterday with our family group expecting a pleasant dinner outing, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

Both the veg and non-veg starters were of subpar quality — lacking in taste, freshness, and proper presentation. Still we manage to continue. But the main course was equally disappointing, failing to meet even basic expectations of flavor and preparation.

To make matters worse, when we brought our concerns to the attention of the captain and the owner, instead of acknowledging the issues or trying to rectify the situation, they were adamant, defensive, and argumentative. They showed no willingness to listen to our feedback or improve the service, which left us shocked and extremely dissatisfied.

We rarely write negative reviews, but the poor food quality and unprofessional attitude of the management compelled us to share our experience. We hope this feedback encourages the team at River Dine to take customer feedback seriously and make much-needed improvements.

My recent visit to RiverDine Restaurant was a horrifying experience. Their audacity to serve stale, frozen food at such prices is beyond belief. You'd think that when you're eating outside, you'd get something remotely resembling quality. But no, not here.

To make matters worse, the captain/ waiter agreed that food was frozen but failed to mention it before serving us. It's as if they think it's perfectly fine to deceive their customers.

The real kicker came when we dared to raise this issue AFTER paying the check. The management's response? Utter indifference. It's as if they have a policy of not caring a bit about what their customers think.

This dining disaster occurred on a day when we were supposed to celebrate not one but two birthdays in our family. What should have been a joyous occasion turned into a food fiasco.

I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this restaurant. With so many other dining options available that offer both better service and far superior food quality, there's absolutely no reason to subject yourself to the abysmal experience that...
