Before a year, almost visited in every month. Everything was best with Quality of Food, Taste, Service.... but, we got worse experience in last two visit. They need to change cook or without taking efforts it is going shut down in coming short period. Last time, we tasted multiple items, including Thai Curry.... got pathetic taste and poor in quality. Considering that same will not be happen every time. But, today (sunday) again we got same even worse experience. Soup was better in taste. Roomali khakra received heavy Rosted, even 50% + black and hidden in heavy masala. Cheese corn bowl found with a piece of aluminum foil. They offered 10% discount 🤦 I was with Family, and cigarette smoke irritated from other side, hence we got parcel Country Feast Pizza... again it is made with very low quality and 100% tasteless. Pizza base is just like our 'bajra bhakari'. Within 30min, you can't try to bite a double. As complaining on phone call, counter person told, that they appointed a special cook. I suggested, to cancel this item from your menu card. He casually replied.. Ok sir. Thank you. I think, on this higher prices, many best multi-cuisine restaurants are available in nashik with better in taste. Never dare to...

Mixed experience for us. We celebrated a birthday here. So good things first. Food quality is very good. Bad things. Service. They need to get their service right. It was a Saturday evening, so there was a bit of crowd. However, that cannot be the reason to give bad service as it destroys the entire experience of dining out with friends and family. Food was being sent to our table in a very random manner and a lot of time was taken in between. The staff, we felt, was very inexperienced and not trained appropriately. They messed up the entire Birthday Cake. The attached picture will give you an idea. It was supposed to be our dessert, but after looking at the way it was placed on our table, we lost the appetite to eat it. So overall, a totally mixed bag experience.
