Only scoops are good not the softy.

Nothing personal but hygiene is at the lowest level, staff don't use gloves while serving.

Last time we bought 4 scoop Ice-cream of Rs 140. The last one which they served was literally scratched the left overs from the box. When asked them to serve another as it was not worth, the owner spoke rudely to us.

Scoops were not felt...

Ice cream was decent but the owners are so rude, they should go and take some humility lessons. They don't know an iota about customer centricity - neither in serving their customers or when they are paying. For them chating with each other is more important than attending customers. Serves good quality ice cream. Variety of flavors available just don't go for dark Myst 😂 it tastes like charcoal. Other flavors are good especially gulkand. Need to improve the ambience. Menu not updated since long...
