I honestly cannot believe I gave this place three chances, but after today, I am officially done with Bakers Live. The cake I bought today was as bad as the previous two attempts, if not worse. People usually make the mistake of trying something once and not returning, but I thought I would give them a fair shot — clearly, I was wrong every time.

The cream on their cakes is terrible! It is not just bad, it is so full of artificial color that you could mistake it for paint. Seriously, you could play Holi with that cream. The taste is off, overly sweet, and just plain unpleasant. Every bite leaves a weird aftertaste, and it makes me wonder if they are using cheap ingredients just to cut costs. Honestly, it feels like they are more interested in profits than quality.

To top it all off, their cakes are ridiculously expensive for what you get. The only thing they excel at is their selling skills — they will sweet talk you into thinking the cake has "less cream" than it really does. It is a total scam.

At this point, I would not recommend Bakers Live to anyone. If you are looking for quality, flavor, and a decent price, look elsewhere. This place will definitely not get another...

I ordered cake for a special occasion and it was absolutely perfect! The presentation was elegant, the sponge was soft and fresh, and the frosting had just the right balance of sweetness. Just happened to stumble upon this shop yesterday. I was skeptical when I was ordering for chocolate cake and Also was shocked when u heard the cost of the cakes. They sell one of the best chocolate cakes and 1/4h of the price which the high end luxury pastry shops quote.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to do this. Cos the least I can give back to such a nice shop.
