Awful Management and worst Vashi branch manager ever seen..!!

I am writing this review just to tell all the guys there that I have been here in this place on 27th night(Sunday) to buy an amazing cake as my Dad's 60th birthday it was, where after the payment I got to know that they have Monday masti offers, where one of the cake delivery lady told me that mam we have offers tomorrow as we want you guys to taste our cake. I was like u should have told me this earlier before I paid anyways I took the cake which I had come for and also promised them that I will try n come tomorrow. I have gone to buy another cake on Monday(28May2018) as it was my dad's 60th birthday I thought why not one more cake.

On the same day at night 12 o'clock we thought of cutting this cake too, opened with excitement and it was another cake with a label of "4th marriage anniversary" of some couple.I was so disheartened as the cake was different plus it was not wot I had bought, so planned to give it back.

I went to the store the next day (29thMay2018) after my office tired showed them the pic of cake and asked them what should I do with this cake now as it is not wot I have taken and plus ruined my dad's birthday.They told me Mam u can bring the cake tomorrow will exchange it.

As they said they will exchange, I got the cake today 30thmay2018 where they said Mam you have to pay extra today for whichever cake you gonna take as the day u took the cake was Monday masti so had offers.I told them clearly that you guys have spoiled our "occasion" plus now asking for extra pay, so I clearly told them to refund where they refused to refund and it was just 200rs.I thought the Manager or the Owner might be nice I will talk to him directly. Where I was mistaken.

The manager didn't even bothered to ask me what is the issue and plus he started blaming me for bringing the cake today.I told him that I had a talk with you guys yesterday and I bought it today. He started claiming that you show the bill and if it is our cake??plus they was like if u want a cake then pay extra above 200rs and take a cake which was very wrong.Also he said "faltu log aa jaateing hai". They jus had to refund 200rs and for that I had to fight and the as the name suggested Occasion nothing worked accordingly.No manners, respect to talk to the customers and had no Courtsey to say sorry even because of them our occasion was spoiled.

Sorry but had to write. Occasion plus Oven hot I guess because they had a board of that too,.as the name suggested nothing worked. The manager was really rude and had no manners to treat...

Very horrible experience from a occasion cake shop I have order 5 kg cake of 3 tier cake I have given order 1 weak before of my little daughter we organizaid her birthday party at hall but on birthday on 21 july 2019 they have send as a broken cake they were not ready to replace after argument after wasting our time after 2 hour they given a cake when we went to cake shop then they give as cake front of 150 guest we feel so insulting shameless front of guest half guest went before comening cake because of this cake shop. OCCASION CAKE they spoil our daughter 1 birthday celebration till now also I feel so bad after remember that I started crying because of that shop staff .staff are to bad the counter guy is to bad in his language he started fighi with my husband in call that they will not give a cake we are very very disappointed till now also we are very unhappy they spoil are 1 birthday celebration of our daughter it's a lifetime spoiling moment for our whole family we will not forget this VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD😭😭😭😭😭😭2 time iam writing because of that cake shop floor manager call me and argueing with me that why I have given this review to Google see how is this occasion cake shop harassing the customer after writing...

Yesterday Buyed a 1/2 Kg Cake , Staff told that it is Named Space Chocolate something like that. Brought Cake at Home ,Got it Cut but After that When eating Cake taste was Totally Bad , taste was something like a Wine or Fungus taste might be. Later in Night My Mom and My Daughter 3yrs Old were complaining about Stomach Pain and Loose Motion Started to Mom. Somehow Early Morning Daughter was feeling Bad But Mom loose motion was Not stopping. Called Doctor he prescribed a Medicine and She is Feeling Better. Previously also I had buyed many times a Cake Newer had happen like this. This was One of worst experiences. In Future Atleast Myself will Not Buy Occasion...
