Sanjog Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Used to be our family's preferred choice until yesterday where they have competely disappointed with worst service and degraded food.....have ordered 3 starters..1..veg crispy-spicy( how can it be) 2.veg manchurian again spicy 3. Chicken tandoor was good...waiting period on table was 45 minutes to receive only starters...ordered paneer tikka masala (ok), chicken handi as suggested by waiter was worst it has green gravy...waiter was clueless when asked...70% of chicken dishes has egg...then comes terrible part of entire menu...hardest tandoor roti which took 30 mins for preparation...i lost my temper n complained owners...owner has enacted to go inside kitchen n too our surprise next set of 10 roti's again came hard...it was complete mood spoiler for my entire family who come to celebrate sister bday n i felt guilty for bringing them here....had to ask waiters n no of times to serve water...maybe these guys expecting to buy triple rated mineral water...not at all recommending...

We’ve been regular customers here back when we lived in Vashi — so we thought, why not relive those “good old days”? Big mistake. The experience this time was absolutely ruined, thanks to the super-efficient staff.

My 4-year-old was simply playing with paper straws — not throwing them, not wasting them, just making shapes and alphabets. But the waiter, clearly the guardian of the Great Straw Treasury, swooped in and took them all away. His explanation? “Sir, straws waste ho jayega.”

Ah yes, because apparently, a few paper straws are more precious than the customers paying thousands for food and service. What a relief to know Sanjog is single-handedly saving the planet one straw at a time — by snatching them from kids.

Had a great experience with family. Staff is good but you have to wait for a long time after giving a order. If you are having your starters at that time only you must try to order your main course because when you order your main course while having starters it would not take much time as compared to order after having starters and rest the order will be served on your table. The staff serves well and the talk so politely. The aroma of each and every dish we order was so adorable and amazing 😍 till if I remember that not able to forget.
