Chennai Idli — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Tasty south Indian dishes at very reasonable rates. Rs 50 for a plate of 4 pieces of either idli, wada, or idli wada mix. Rs 30 for a great filter coffee. I have had several dishes here, including masala dosa, set dosa, mysore masala dosa, all of which I enjoyed. I have even had their veg thali, which is a wholesome meal at Rs 100 - Rice, dal, rasam, 1 sabzi, 2 kerala parotha, 1 papad and a small cup of buttermilk. There may be a bit delay sometimes but it is due to the immense footfall to avail their tasty...

This is a typical South Indian joint that offers idli, medu vada, dal vada, tea/ coffee, and a variety of dosas. The food quality is good & the hygiene is not top class but passable. The place is super light on the pocket with a good meal costing under 80 bucks for sure. The staff is not that helpful & don't know how to deal with customers properly. Apart from that, it is a good place for a quick fix meal if you are in/ around Moraj circle...
