Ribbons and Balloons - The Cake Shop — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Very Pathetic experience at this particular Ribbons and Balloons shop. Ordered the customized cake a day before. At the time of delivery the cake was not at all as per the picture. Many small cracks seen on the cake because very less amount of cream was applied as well as the etable stars pasted on the cake have melted. The colour was very dull as it's been purchased from local cake shop. When I denied to take the delivery they offered discount of 10 % on Rs 1300/- when staff inform the issue to General Manager. When I finally refused to take the order they have simply returned the advance amount. So friends be cautious before giving order at this particular shop located at sewoods Garden , opposite Moraj Society. Upon cutting the cake came to know that the cake itself is very less in size and the cream has been generously spread by ribbons and balloons as if the cream is a healthy food which ribbon and balloons brand have been giving to their customers in order to maintain their good health.
