Domino's Pizza | Sanpada, Navi Mumbai — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

I've been ordering from this outlet since past 5 years. Few days ago my 13 year old brother urgently wanted to use the washroom since he was passing by this outlet he thought of using their washroom. The moment he stepped out of the washroom, the domino's staff started scolding and shouting at my brother in front of the people dining in there for using their washroom without placing order at their outlet. The staff scolded and said that this is not a public toilet and we have to clean this. My brother felt extremely humiliating, he apologised and got out of their outlet. This behavior of the staff was absolutely not acceptable. Before assigning the staff, the manager should teach the basic law to them.

According to The Indian Sarais Act of 1867 hotels and lodges should allow access to toilets and provide free water for passersby. This means that the access is free irrespective of whether you are a customer or not.

My brother was not at fault, yet he apologised that day. It's high time for this outlet to start respecting...

This is the 3rd time today that I was disappointed with their service. All 3 times I had ordered from dominos app. Last 2 consecutive times they forget sending dip with the garlic bread even though it is added in the order. Then after calling the store you get false promises that they will send the dip, which never comes. Today I even called the manager and asked her to make sure my order is complete. But then again they forgot the dip, promised to send it..nothing again..I also ordered the 5 course meal, but instead of chicken pops and I got chicken parcel. I mean whoever packs these orders is so unprofessional. There is no quality check for a brand like dominos. No chilli flakes. no oregano..no tissue papers. Their delivery is a mess. You definitely lost a customer today. Looking at the other reviews its a matter of time before your store shuts down. Very disappointing and...

It's was happening incident with me in today morning I stop my car on road and one of the your delivery boy is going to deliver your order, inforchunitly he is dash my car and he is faile down i ask him about his health he told me I am well.he is newly joining. In this incident damge my car back side but however he say me sorry without any seen his bike his health i really speech less in this situation and he really give me a lesson today.i take this positively.so I'll just request to all of you it's raining session support to this kind of delivery boy. Because they are always try to deliver your good food . Sometimes because of your photo shoot don't ignore food take however getting food accept that .and request to all delivery boy take care of yourself as well safe ride hopefully we all of expecting this kind of...
