Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Hi Domino's,

Have been dining-in into the different outlets of dominos from a very long time, no doubt it is of the best pizza outlet in term of Savouries. The taste of your pizza have always been the USP of the Domino's, but one of the most important thing that matters is the cleanliness of the outlet.

This particular outlet has been worst (probably rating 0) in terms of cleanliness, the seats and sofa's are very dirty in a very regular manner, the chilli flakes and oregano cans are always dirty and pungent smell comes very often. I have to ask the employees to clean, and they too clean after 2-4 reminders which puts real bad impression on this. I have also added my feedback on the orders whenever i dine in, but still no response from the outlet on this. What makes this more ugly and worst is, this outlet is the first outlet in ghansoli after a very long time and this is the condition of the outlet.

I understand the employees work real hard to give there customers a real good experience. But this is something that has to be taken...

Had ordered 4 regular size pizzas and a garlic bread with cheesy dip combo on 2 Nov. There were 2 issues with the delivery I received. All the pizzas and garlic bread were half baked.. one could feel the sticky dough. Cheesy dip was missing. I submitted my feedback about the same on Dominos site and got a sms that I'll be receiving a callback. At 2AM (3 Nov) I got another sms that my number wasn't reachable and was asked to provide alternate time slot. I responded back saying I'm having full network coverage and can be contacted anytime. It's been 2 days since my response.. I still haven't heard back from them.

Not just pathetic quality but equally pathetic service! Will never buy anything from Dominos...

Terrible place. The cashier lady was rude. The dine in experience was mismanaged. There was food remnants on the sofas and they didn't manage to clean it for the new guests. The sauce bottles were messed up. Tables were just dusted after telling them 5 times.

They have an elaborate menu but don't have any items available. Why to have such a menu then? They were not using gloves to prepared the food. garlic bread was a disgrace and tasted artificial. We paid for extra mushrooms, but they didn't add that on the pizza.

They just don't care about the place and service. Staff full...
