Gupta Sandwich And Snacks Belapur — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

I had a rather disappointing experience during my recent visit Gupta Sandwich Belapur. I ordered a Veggie Mayo Toast and paid for it. However, upon reviewing my receipt later, I realized that I had been charged for a regular Veg Toast instead. It's not a matter of being overcharged; the issue stemmed from the person taking my order not paying attention.

When I brought this discrepancy to the staff's attention, they were not very accommodating and even pointed fingers at me. This lack of customer service was disheartening.

To add to my frustration, when I returned to the counter around 7:30 PM, I was informed that they had run out of Mayo stuffing, a crucial ingredient for the Veggie Mayo Toast. This only compounded my disappointment.

Moreover, I couldn't help but notice that the lady behind the order counter was giving me a rather unwelcoming expression, almost as if questioning why I was back at the counter.

Overall, my experience at the restaurant left much to be desired, and I hope they can improve their service and attention to customer orders...

Situated in a quaint little corner, right opposite CBD Belapur station, Gupta Sandwich serves one of the best sandwiches in Navi Mumbai. You get a wide variety of sandwiches here, all of which are well made and delicious. Recently, they have also started serving South Indian dishes, chaat items among others. South Indian items are only served at breakfast time. Tried Medu wada, Idli sambar and Mysore masala dosa among the south Indian dishes all of which were delicious. Mysore masala dosa I had here was one of the best I ever had! The food is tasty, service is good, portion sizes are good and you get good value for money. The sitting space is a bit limited but is clean. Definitely a must visit, must...
