All Show, No Substance. Pablo is a prime example of this statement.

Please save your money if you are looking for good vegetarian food and decent bar.

Beautiful, large space decorated with paintings and art pieces. Tastefully dressed waitstaff, comfortable seating, chic lighting.

However, one goes to an Art Cafe not just for the "art" but also for the "cafe".

Menu hosted on QR code with slow and laggy interface. Filter for Veg options does not work if you switch food sections.

Continental dishes which cannot follow the basic recipe: "Nachos Pencho" (TexMex cuisine) did not have guacamole "Poutin" (Canadian by origin) was just plain french fries without the cheese curds or the gravy. Garlic bread (American Italian) is basically a Monaco biscuit sized bite with light hint of garlic. "Chimichurri Bruschetta": Expecting a twist on the Spanish (Pablo was Spanish by birth) classic, Pan Con Tomate. What we got was basically raw Paneer on a skewer not even roasted. Upon explanation, it was supposed to be "Chimichurri Brochette" which is Argentinian by origin. (unrelated to Picasso) "Cottage Cheese Pesto Crostini" (Italian by origin) was their replacement when dissatisfaction about the Bruschetta was expressed. "Pablo Ravioli Alla Grande Pasta" came in the Penne/Spaghetti option (Ravioli ??!?) and an Alfredo Sauce, which was just cream and cheese. The Restaurant is dedicated to Pablo Picasso, who spent most of his adult life in France, and cannot get the basic French sauce (roux/mornay) right.

Drinks menu was worse off. Cafe dedicated to Pablo doesn't have Absinthe in stock. Menu full of original creations with no explanation on mixers and flavours. Waitstaff does not know what goes into each cocktail, ferrying between the bar and the table for every explanation. Bartender does not know the recipe, gets confused and just hands over the recipe book, which is out of date with respect to prices.

Only thing good could be Hookah, which I did not partake of, hence have no review.

If you have committed to a theme, go the full monty. If your inspiration is Pablo Picasso, aim for a French-Spanish cuisine. Don't dilute it for a substandard experience, serving (read ruining) multiple cuisines at the same time. And yes, keep...

Service :- We were helped by Captain ( Mr  Rakesh) who did a magnificent job in helping us getting the food. Ms.Imtimen who was there throughout Special mention to Chef Deepen for such droolworthy food. Kudos to the Team.

🔆 Harabhara Kabab :- Harabhara Kabab with Avacado twist. Harabhara Kabab stuffed with Avacado mousse. Healthy and appetizing. A must try.

Stuffed Mushroom served with mint chutney. It was decent in taste.

Chunky Chicken Tikkas served in creamy gravy served with Butter naan. It was divine in taste. Highly Recommended

Stuffed paneer tossed in rich tomato gravy. It was served with Laccha paratha. Tasted authentic and flavourful.

Chocolate brownie, chocolate sauce, boondi, rabdi and berries. Flame was missing yet the presentation was on point. Sweet end to such beautiful evening.

Pablo- The art Cafe is on of the hidden gems of navi mumbai. It's a place which is full of art and decor. This cafe is inspired by the paintings of The Great Pablo Picasso. They have the best paintings placed all over the walls. It is located at a 5 min distance from Turbe station. One can little bit stretch their legs and walk to this place or can take rickshaws as well. This place is having a huge seating capacity with variety of seatings. It's a double deck cafe and it's ambience is pleasant and decor is treat to eyes. This is one of the best places I have been to till date. I visited for a Sunday brunch here.
