Wink — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Terrible place and will never come here again. The service is totally flop and the food is mostly disgusting. For a group of 14, they won't allow to move tables as it is their 'policy'. They don't have physical menu cards. Do they expect all senior citizens to understand qr codes? Even the qr code they quickly take it, and when asked for it again, it takes 10 minutes. For water, they do not have cold water and give ice instead which shouldn't be a case at 5* Taj property.

Food quality was very bad. First of all their menu is limited. Like who puts just 2 vegetarian starters in a menu card? Both of them non-conventional. They charged us for papad which are just handfull and leaking of oil. When there is water over, guests have to remind the waters multiple times to serve. Isn't it a five star where it is their duty to serve if they see water empty? Food was cold, french fries were not fresh. Toasted sandwich was cold. It takes them 20 minutes to get one beer. 20 more minutes to get the bill.

Guess the quantity of starters. Only 5 pieces. Plus given that service was non-existent, it was hot with one fan not working, for was pathetic in taste, the prices are just unjustified to a great extent.

We went to celebrate a birthday. Food was actually pretty ordinary. The paneer tikka that we ordered was undercooked. Chef offered to replace it with different item but that was similar in prep. We ordered Lasagna as well, it was too creamy. Rest of Indian items were also very ordinary. For this kind of price, I’ll not recommend this place at all. Nachos was the only item...

Only if you knew how to capitalise the dance floor that you have and the ambience you could uphold- Pizza for 600₹ - it's as if it was made on sev puri's puri.
