Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

{ PICTURE GIVEN BELOW. } Worst experience in wow momo’s I have been served twice non veg momo’s when i ordered veg momos! Yesterday i ordered veg momos and they gave me chicken momos. I went to the store to complain regarding but the person out there was so rude to me he said its soy bean. There is no soy bean even mentioned in the ingredients he was very rude he said do whatever you want to call anyone you want to i won’t do anything. I even showed the box where inside momo’s there was chicken he was just not ready to do anything he was extremely rude. He didn’t wanted to except the fact he gave chicken momos. I can understand diff between soy and chicken. Very confidently he mentioned in the ingredients it has soy bean but there is no word of soya bean mentioned in himalayan momos. I told him i have eaten himalayan momos and never did i see such thing. The person was very rude and arrogant no way of talking to a customer. They are just making people fool by giving chicken to veg people by putting sticker on it. And i do have proof. In the picture it is clearly been seen its chicken. I ordered from Wow! Momo, Vashi through Zomato and it was a horrible experience. The rice they served was of such bad quality that it was not even fit to eat. Completely unacceptable and a waste of money.

If rice is out of stock or not fresh, why accept the order in the first place? This shows complete negligence and zero respect for customers. Such food quality is not just disappointing, it is shameful for a brand like Wow! Momo.

I strongly warn others think twice before ordering from this outlet. It spoils the reputation of the brand and ruins the trust of customers. Management needs to take strict action immediately, otherwise more people will stop ordering from here.

Very disappointed that this is currently considered as the best momos brand in India.

The taste is so bad. It is just that they they have lot of backup and hence they are growing like crazy all over

They are charging 200+ for 5 piece momos. It is so expensive and the chutney they offer is so not unique. It is also very tasteless

Earlier there were brands like The Appetite momos, they used to charge so less and the taste was really good along with 8 pieces in 1 plate.

Now lot of brands are available, I will never recommend wow momos for sure.
