Ananya Foods Vasant Kunj — Restaurant in New Delhi

A GEM Uncovered.....We've been ordering for the past 6 months or so. Must try the following dishes from the Menu :- 1). Ambarsari Bhaturey Chholle - Amazing Soft & Spongy Bhaturas , yummy chholle just like the 1's u get in amritsar . . . zero oil in bhaturas & chholle , anyday better than the Sitaram kay Bhature from old delhi. 2).Veg Thali - Menu changes every meal time , just like ghar ka khaana. 3). Poori Aloo - Nobody could make em better than them , big size, less oily & the perfect aloo ki sabji. 4). Party Pack (Plan a Meal for 4 ot 5 guests ) - Just the pack you wanna order when unwelcome guests arrive , or the lady of the house wants to impress the inlaws ;) 5). Dhariwal Paranthas - One of there own inventions , wonder why they call it the dhariwal parantha , anyhow the taste is beyond compare , lasted 15 days in the fridge....we even took 100 pc of these paranthas to Canda. Khudos for all the efforts Team Ananya...

Its been a year since i got acquainted to Ananya foods and I have never ever had an experience which was not of my liking.

Few things

-The food is just awesome and is made with the best of ingredients. It's always fresh and delicious as if it has been cooked minutes before delivering.

The guy who receives the orders on phone is one of the most few humble people I've come across in the restaurant business. He never seems to be in a hurry to take orders and always talks with warmth in his tone. Moreover, the staff is also very sweet and always deliver food with a smile.

If you are away from home, please keep this place in your speed dial list because it provides all what you expect from home cooked food.

Lastly for Rs. 100 for a Thali you want find a better value for meal deal in this part of the city.

Few days back, before Navratras, our friends ordered food from Ananya Foods, Vasant Kunj for an impromptu dinner at home. We were pleasantly surprised with the timely delivery and neat packaging. That's not all, the food flavours were beautifully balanced and without the extra greasiness!!! No floating oils had to be skimmed off thankfully... !!! The chicken tikkas were hot and succulent...paneer fresh...and mutton roganjosh could have been prepared by the Maurya Chef.... Compelling me to write a review. I only wish we had something like this in...
