Pizza Hut | Vasant Square Mall, Delhi — Restaurant in New Delhi

Be it Swiggy or zomato but whenever I order from this branch of Pizza Hut I am always disappointed. First time when I ordered from Swiggy I was almost scammed but the Pizza Hut associate. He called me and said your payment is not completed so I am sending you the order personal land please pay the bill amount to that person on delI very and you will get ur refund from Swiggy . And when I denied to pay those guys then the Pizza Hut representative called and started bashing at me only .The second time I ordered froM zomato then one of pizza was missing , second thing the momo pizza was so bad it had raw dough in it , undercooked and that experience was so bad . I ordered through Zomato on 26th Feb. 2025 having the last 4 digits of order id 9211 and paid Rs. 452.80 I ordered 1 Margherita Pizza with extra cheese and Stuffed crust, 1 Zesty Paneer Pocket I literally received a baked piece of white flour with a lot of refined oil, sprinkled with a very tiny amount of cheese and a layer of flavoured mayonnaise. The amount of cheese was not even equivalent to the regular amount of cheese which Pizza Hut usually put on its Pizzas, even though I ordered extra cheese and paid for it. Same with Zesty Paneer pocket, 3 tiny chunks of paneer and onion, nothing else, flavourless. Kindly send your team to nearby Domino's to learn how to make pizza and paneer pockets. They do a better job...

👎 staff is under trained.(i could see every second review talks about bad behaviour of staff for this branch then why ph not taking it seriously) AC doesn't work at all (its like they are baking dine in guests). taste is not upto the mark. Does not match with other PH locations. dine in area is very small. cleanliness
