Berco's — Restaurant in New Delhi

As my wife and I awaited our flight to Kuwait at the T2 Terminal, we decided to tantalize our taste buds with a culinary experience from Berco's. Opting for a classic combination of noodles with Manchurian and momos, along with refreshing cold drinks boasting unlimited refills, we embarked on a journey of flavors amidst the hustle and bustle of the terminal.

From the moment we placed our order, the staff at Berco's displayed exceptional hospitality, ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of delightful. Their attentiveness and warmth added an extra layer of comfort to our mealtime, making us feel right at home despite being miles away from it.

Now, let's delve into the star of the show - the food. The noodles with Manchurian were a symphony of flavors, with each bite offering a perfect balance of savory and spicy notes. The crispy Manchurian balls paired harmoniously with the tender noodles, creating a medley of textures that danced on our palates.

I had given one star to this outlet as there was no option to give ‘zero’ star!

My unfortunate experience is like this: On 29 March, 2022 I was traveling to the USA with my wife. We ordered ‘Red Thai chicken curry’ and ‘Green Thai chicken curry’ for ourselves at 8:32 pm from Bercos at the food court in international departure area of IGI International airport, Delhi. The total amount paid through credit card was Rs 960/-.

Unfortunately, what we received with curries were soybean chunks and not chicken. When confronted, the manager initially declined to accept that instead of chicken, soybeans were served.

Later, he accepted our allegation and after apologizing offered to refund us the amount paid by us through credit card. In order to make us comfortable, the manager also offered us tea/coffee or other snacks from an outlet next to it, which we politely declined as we were already very upset with their treatment.

I am sad to say that as on today (04.04.22 at 17:20 pm, Cleveland time), the amount of Rs 960/- is still blocked in my credit card account. The amount has neither been claimed nor charges reversed by the company.

I want to advise future travelers to kindly avoid Bercos restaurant at the IGI Airport, Delhi (international departure area food court) as they are cheating people by serving soya chunks instead of chicken.

Worst ever experiance ever at bercos t3 indira gandhi airport delhi. i would love to give it (-)5 stars but there is no option for negetive stars as the chef over there doesn't even know how to prepare hakka noodles attaching here is the referance image for the same and you should take this matter into consideration as eating here and at a local street vender is same in case of noodles as it tastes worst than roadside 20 rupees per plate chowmin which you get more in quantity but here quantity doesn't matter the thing which matters most is the taste which is pathetic. Surly will not go to bercos at t3 indira gandhi international airport and will also recomend my friends not to waste their money and time at bercos t3 indira gandhi airport delhi.
