summary about my recent visit to the Dilistreats restaurant in the airport:
Delightful Delicacies at the Airport - A Taste of Raj Kachori and Vada Pav
As a seasoned food blogger, I'm always on the lookout for hidden culinary gems, even in the most unexpected of places. During a recent trip through the airport, I stumbled upon a delightful find - Dilistreats, a restaurant nestled right near the gates offering an authentic taste of India.
Drawn in by the enticing aromas, I couldn't resist stopping to try their signature dishes. First up was the Raj Kachori, a fluffy fried dough shell filled with a medley of flavors - from spicy chutneys to cooling yogurt, all perfectly balanced. Each bite was a delightful explosion in my mouth, transporting me straight to the bustling streets of Delhi.
But the real star of the show was the Vada Pav, a classic Mumbai street food staple. The soft, pillowy bun encased a beautifully crisp and flavorful vada (spiced potato patty), accompanied by an array of chutneys that added layers of tanginess and heat. It was the ultimate comfort food, made all the more satisfying by the fact that I was enjoying it in the midst of the airport hustle and bustle.
And of course, no Indian meal is complete without a refreshing cup of chai. The version served at Dilistreats was perfectly brewed, with just the right balance of spices and sweetness to cleanse the palate and prepare me for the next course.
As a food blogger, I'm often disappointed by airport dining options, but Dilistreats has truly elevated the experience. Their commitment to authentic, high-quality Indian cuisine is evident in every bite, making it a must-visit for any traveler seeking a taste of the subcontinent's rich culinary heritage, even while in transit. Bravo, Dilistreats, for bringing the flavors of India to...

I recently visited Dilli Street at T3 Terminal in Delhi, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was subpar, and the customer handling skills displayed by the staff were nothing short of disappointing.
From the moment I entered, the lack of attentiveness from the staff was evident. It seemed as though they were more interested in their own conversations than catering to the needs of the customers. The overall ambiance was overshadowed by an air of indifference, making the dining experience quite unpleasant.
The service itself was slow and inefficient. Requests for basic amenities were met with delays, and the staff appeared oblivious to the concept of prompt service. Additionally, their communication skills left much to be desired, as they failed to address concerns with the courtesy and professionalism one would expect from a restaurant in a prominent location like T3 Terminal.
In terms of customer handling, the staff seemed untrained in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints. Rather than attempting to resolve issues, they exhibited a dismissive attitude, further exacerbating the dissatisfaction of patrons.
Overall, my visit to Dilli Street was marred by a combination of lackluster service and poor customer handling skills. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to address these issues and improve the overall dining experience for...
Read moreI recently had the opportunity to dine at Dilli Street restaurant in IGI Airport and I had a mixed experience. The Raj Kachori was unfortunately below average. The puri was too thick and the filling was mushy and lacked flavor.
However, the mutton seekh kebab was a pleasant surprise. It was cooked to perfection, with juicy and flavorful meat. The spices were well-balanced and added a nice depth of flavor.
The beer was also ice-cold and refreshing, just what I needed after a long flight.
The service was also excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure I had everything I needed.
Overall, I would recommend Dilli Street restaurant for a quick and affordable meal at IGI Airport. However, I would suggest skipping the Raj Kachori and opting for the mutton seekh kebab instead.
