I recently had the pleasure of visiting Theobroma Store at Delhi T3 Departure Terminal on the 24th of September 2023, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that I simply can't stop raving about!
I walked into Theobroma Store with the intention of packing some delicious treats for my family, and I left with a big smile on my face, knowing that I had made the right choice. I ended up purchasing a variety of items, all worth 2000 INR, and they have been a delight for my taste buds.
The standout items that truly stole the show were the eggless opium pastry, eggless chocolate cupcakes, eggless dutch truffle pastry, chocoholic pastry, and the heavenly eggless cookies. Each of these treats was an absolute masterpiece in itself.
The eggless opium pastry was a revelation – rich, moist, and packed with chocolatey goodness. The eggless chocolate cupcakes were a bite-sized delight that melted in the mouth, leaving me craving for more. The eggless dutch truffle pastry had the perfect balance of flavors and textures, and the chocoholic pastry lived up to its name, satisfying my inner chocoholic to the fullest. As for the eggless cookies, they were the perfect blend of crispy and chewy, with a delightful chocolatey twist.
What truly sets Theobroma Store apart, besides their delectable offerings, is the dedication to quality and taste. The items were freshly prepared, and it was evident that only the finest ingredients had been used. The staff at the store were courteous and attentive, making my shopping experience all the more enjoyable.
When I shared these goodies with my family, they were absolutely blown away. The exquisite flavors and textures transported them into a state of pure bliss. It was heartwarming to see them savoring each bite with such delight.
I wholeheartedly recommend Theobroma Store to anyone passing through Delhi T3 Departure Terminal or anyone looking for exceptional chocolate delights. The quality and taste of their products are unmatched, and the joy they bring is priceless.

Read moreI have been having Theobroma since childhood and happy to see an outlet on T3 Need Delhi. Taste is wonderful as always. The franchise owner needs to train the attendants at the outlet better. I ordered 4eggless millionaire brownies and 4 millionaire brownies. I had requested the attendant packing it to make some kind of a mark so I could differentiate the two kinds. I was getting late to catch my flight. The outlet team out of paper to take the print of the bill so I e attendant went in search of a new roll as they didn't have an extra in the shop. The person who packed the brownies there off the printed credit card slip in the dustbin. After the other person returned and I asked for the bill as well as credit card slip, they promptly removed it from the garbage bin and handed it to me. I am aghast. I have never experienced something like this. And this is not expected from a Theobroma outlet. After i reached home and unpacked the brownies I cane the know that the attendant who packed the brownies had not put any mark to demarcate the eggless brownies from the ones with the egg. Read moreYou can clearly see the difference in ratings between the food and the service here. This was my second visit to the Theobroma store at Delhi Airport (T1), and I came back mainly for their delicious brownies.
I ordered 1 eggless and 3 regular (with egg) brownies. However, they packed 2 eggless and 2 regular ones. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff simply said, “Check your bill.” I explained that the order was wrongly taken, but they refused to discuss it further, saying the screen was there for me to verify.
Even another customer at the counter commented (in Hindi) that “we’re paying, but their attitude makes it feel like we’re taking food for free.”
In the end, we’re not just paying so high for the product — we expect premium service too. Sadly, that was completely missing here.
