Cafeccino — Restaurant in New Delhi

Somewhere near gate 6.... I was given a cardboard cup of tea with a lid. The cup was too squishy and spilled over my hand, boarding card and passport so I went back and politely asked for a cup to put my existing cup in to strengthen it. I was told 'no, the cup is accountable madam'. I was refused a cup several times. After becoming more irritated by this, the manager (?) then patronisingly told me to 'calm down' even though I'd spilled hot tea over me and was only asking for ONE CARDBOARD CUP!! Eventually, they took my tea and poured it into a new cup and put a new lid on. I then pointed out that they had now given me a cup which was 'accountable madam'! Not only that they'd given me a new lid which I hadn't asked for this more 'accountable' products wasted! Serious stupidity by the staff there! No logic and one lost customer - there's a Costa coffee just a bit further along so do yourselves a favour and go...

Purchased this from Cafeccino outlet in Lucknow domestic Airport. Near Gate 1. I took a medium size hot chocolate for 350₹ & it was pathetic. I instructed the guy to keep it extra sweet but still it was not sweet at all. The taste was not chocolaty and the milk seemed so thin as if water was mixed in it, not at all tasty & creamy! The guy handed over the hot chocolate cup to me without the cover, without the tissue, just barely. I then insisted for a safety cover for the cup which usually comes with all hot beverages, after requestinh for one he to my cup, placed a cover on it which was not of the cups size. I had this buffing experience with the staff at this cafe in terminal 3 Lucknow airport. I asked for chicken jungle sandwich and before ordering I wanted to confirm if it’s Halal or not. The person who was taking order told yes it is, on confirming about the certificate he said no we don’t have any certificate.

Left with just a coffee for the amount that I paid, it didn’t matched my expectations and quantity. The cup seemed to be small.

Although the cafe was clean and staff who handed the order was polite.
