The staff is very impolite. They are treating customers as sheep. I had sore throat so I asked for masala tea in kulhad but the vendor quietly entered regular desi tea. I told him specifically that I want masala tea with Add ons. He told me to list add ons. I told him 4 add ons which he simply ignored. I told him to note it down somewhere. Again he simply ignored. I agree the samosa chaat was good, but the whole tea experience spoilt my mood. In the end I got regular desi tea with no add ons.
