Subway T2 Delhi Airport — Restaurant in New Delhi

It was frustrating to feel so unwelcome, especially when I just wanted to enjoy a nice meal.These staffs were very careless while handling the food items, even the cut vegetables were surrounded by insects and mosquitos. They seem like not at all interested in their duty and more intrested in checking there Mobile phones.I have never seen such an unprofessional attitude from the staffs of any other burger brands. Afterall we are paying not only for the order but also for their well mannered service.When I asked simple questions about the menu, their responses were curt and unhelpful. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I don’t feel like I got the value I expected. I hope subway will improve both its service and the quality of its food in the future. I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND A PROPER TRAINING ABOUT A FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BASIC MANNERS TO THESE PEOPLE..very much disappointed...

Food is what you expect at a subway, nothing good or bad to write on that. My biggest issue is with people trying to cheat others to make a profit. When you sell a meal with 400ml drink why would you give everyone the smallest available cup in market. Couldn't have been more that 150 ml. I mean seriously you are selling drink via a fountain, still you try to cheat everyone ordering a meal? When I pointed it out, they did offer me a refill, albeit very quietly and I did take a refill, but what if someone doesn't notices or is shy to aks?
