I wanted to buy this Croma speaker for 699 INR. First of all staff would not let me see it as it was last piece. Then when I took it to counter, they were taking payments from people by PayTm and would not bill the items. Next when I wanted to pay, staff quoted higher price than the one on display. They were arguing that this is correct price (shown on their system that was offline???) and wanted 899 INR instead. They would not agree to sell by the price displayed and were arguing with me. Useless customer service and cheating. Croma - you can do better! In the middle of the night at airport it seems it's free for all and staff do whatever they want and don't care about...
Read moreI've tried multiple times to call for my old invoice from the Croma store in Terminal 3, Domestic section, but no one has answered. I also attempted to get it from my nearby store, but they informed me that they don't have access to airport bills. They mentioned they would connect with the store and share the bill over email. However, even after reminding them three times since July '24, I’ve received no response. I've visited the Golden I Croma store twice and the DLF Mall of India location once.
