Karachi Bakery — Restaurant in New Delhi

First, let me start with what was great.The items I bought were well packaged and on consumption both delicious, fresh and of good quality. Unfortunately, my experience at the shop/ counter on the way to gate 10/11 at the Delhi airport left a bitter taste in my mouth. The salesperson lied about the MRP stating it was Rs 1230, I handed over Rs 1250 in cash.He gave me back Rs 20 in cash. I began to walk away.I then thought it would be a good idea to ask for a receipt. He agreed to give me a receipt, but there was a delay.I waited. He then gave me Rs 100 back, followed by the receipt. The total MRP on the bill was Rs 1130. I did not receive either an apology or an explanation. I see from the reviews here, that others have reported this as well, yet it doesn't seem like anything has been done. This is disappointing, because it potrays the company in bad light especially at a busy place like the airport and it's reflects poorly on their concern for customer satisfaction...

Incredible India Delhi shop.

Bought INR 140 and INR 150 of total INR 290 but he asked me to pay INR 450! I asked him shall I make phone pay or contactless pay he said “NO”. Gave him the cash. Asked for receipt “No receipt “.

When I checked the MRP and asked him about the over priced. His response was sad face and said nooo!! I returned the items and got my money back. Went to the airport management and brought it to their attention.

Don’t get overwhelmed and priced . Ask for receipts or make contactless payments, so the money goes...
