A very good south indian restuarant in Munirka, must say I loved Egg kothu parotta and Biriyani as well, he was so welcoming as I was looking for some authentic tamil cuisine in Delhi and glad finally I was able to cherish. Couple of days ago I've ordered biriyani from the hotel I stayed and what I received was rubber rice with no flavour at all, don't tell delhi people eat that and it's not even supposed to be call Biriyani. For the people who don't have an idea about how biriyani should be, visit here and taste it. You'll thank me later

Must try their biriyani, porotta and salana. We won't get this type of salana in entire delhi. And their price is also comparatively less than other south hotels in Delhi. Here we can get dosa for rs.60. and they are also making the good sambars and chutney. Note try their kolambu kalaki it's also my favourite dish.

What I love the most about this restaurant is that they serve food with the authentic test of South India. They have lots of options, I will urge you to visit this place, they will make you feel special with their behaviour and food obviously😉.

The restaurant is situated in a place called Munirka, New Delhi. Once upon a time this place was well known for south indian people as there were lots of people who were from South especially from tamilnadu.

Most of the people started small restaurants offering all types of South Indian foods. And now we have only a few South Indian restaurant in Munirka. Sarathi's South Indian family restaurants is the only best restaurant which is currently offering all types of foods.

You will definitely feel as if you are eating a home food. People also have the home delivery facily and you can also open account with some security deposit and pay on monthly for your foods.

You do not have a good parking facily as the restaurant is situated in a residential building. So you would need to manage the parking.

I was born and rasied up in Munirka so all that I can say is that if you want to have a south Indian traditional food then, please do visit the restaurant and I am sure you will not get disappointed by their quality foods and their service.

I believe that the taste of the south Indian food in sarathi's restaurant will be great than ...

Had delicious egg kothu parotta here after literally what seemed like ages! The half cooked south special called kalakki(egg based) the steamed rice cakes(idly) and rice pancakes (dosa) were good to savour during the dinner visit. The unlimited serving of salna was the final injection to the fuel tank which transported us to Tamizhnadu. The Tirunelveli touch brought to the dishes here was palpable right from the minute we entered this establishment. Although it seems to be very modest and takes a bit of crafty navigation to reach, what emerges from the stove is a different thing altogether, surely making the visit worth it! If you're a hygiene freak (basically most after the COVID pandemic), do exercise caution when paying a visit here. However, if you're like this writer who had a desperate craving for food from the south, head here for...

I went here with 3 of my friends one of whom is a regular here. The place is a little too small. A hall divided to serve as the cuisine and dining areas, with curtains marking the areas. However, the food is good, just like home cooked food. The whole menu is Tamil-region specific serving veg as well as non-veg items. The Kottu porotta, fried chicken and onion & tomato uttapam are nice. However, that does not mean that other food items were not good. Overall, there's nothing extraordinary but everything is tasty and reasonably priced. It is a popular spot among students craving for homely food or simply, nice enough south Indian food. 3 stars because the dining area...
