Subway Munirka — Restaurant in New Delhi

I am disappointment with a recent online order I placed at the Subway outlet in Munirka handled by Marcin.

I had specifically ordered an Aloo Patty sub and, to ensure the order was prepared to my preference, I called the outlet twice in advance. During these calls, I clearly mentioned that I wanted my sub with all the sauces, including extra mayo and sweet onion sauce, and I requested that it be toasted with cheese.

To my surprise, the sub I received was extremely disappointing. It was not toasted, the cheese slice was missing, and the only sauce included was white mayo. None of the other sauces I requested were added, despite my clear instructions over the phone.

When I called the outlet to raise this issue, I was further disappointed by the response I received from the staff member named Marcin. He told me that they had many orders in the queue and not enough time to address my concern. I even requested a video call to clarify the issue, but my concerns were dismissed.

I find this level of service unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect my order to be prepared correctly and with care. Waiting for half an hour only to receive a sub that does not meet the basic expectations is frustrating. I kindly request that my order be replaced with a fresh, properly prepared sub, made to the quality standards I expect from Subway.

The first thing to know about this place was that it is one of the few restaurants in the locality. When I was walking on the road from Mahipalpur extension, I didn't find a single good restaurant throughout the entire stretch where I could rest a little and grab a bite (except, ofcourse, at Mahipalpur itself, where I had began). Finding this subway was like finding an oasis in the middle of the desert. Second, the staff were cordial, polite and professional. Third, the food there tasted good. (I'd say excellent, but I was extremely hungry). I tried the Corn and Peas 6 inch sandwich with 3 sauses (from an array of 8? others that were offered). The place lacked any unique, catchy ambience but it wasn't bad. And the stairs to the seating area on the first floor is spiralling and hideously narrow even on the wide end.
