Hotel Aagaaram — Restaurant in North Zone

The food is awful . Ordered food for 15 for a small get together and my reputation was damaged. Sambar tasted like kuruma and not enough dal or veggies in sambar. I regret that i ordered from from this place. It's not abt money spent end of the day got a bad reputation from family and friends. Road side shop taste better than this place. So much food was wasted bcos the quality and taste was bad. Even spoke to the owner abt this and i think he doesn't care abt the suggestion which I gave . One of my friends recommend this place he got blasted from me for recommending this place. It seems wen u order in bulk they don't care abt the quality and taste. I had a bad experience...

When we visited this hotel at first time, the ambiance was very good (and still it is good). The interior was fantastic. First time, the food also ok. I had parotta and mutton chukka (which is claimed to be their signature dish). It was good. So next time I visited there along with my colleagues for dinner. The dishes were not good and any chicken item you ask, they will provide pichu potta kozhi. Lol. All their chicken varieties are horrible in taste. I can feel the change in taste in mutton chukka also. Still I visited there for 3rd time and disappointed completely. Their pathetic food doesn't deserve that...

They provide good service only for marriage functions, other than that they don't even pick the call and respond the customer. I have met n number of corporate people's, who never ignored to respond the customer. But here the owner of the restaurant never picks the call or give a call back and also make the individual wait for half an hour in person. Later he tells something irresposible that, did I ask to you wait? Such a bad experience. So do choose corporate people, though they might charge a bit costlier, they provide pakka service...
