Went there with my family (6 people) on 1st March 2024 for Breakfast around 9:15 AM. This is my 5th or 6th visit.
Positives and things that work for them: Great food. The traditional taste of Annapurna, which it is known for - the legendary Sambar, the out of the world Ghee Masala Roast, The Poori masala - all these are what forces us to be back again and again.
Sadly, the positives end here, and i'm seeing a consistent pattern of lack of training in the services from them, in my 5th or 6th visit here. It is high time the management focuses on training their staff (who by the way are very pleasant mannered, but are not able to sort out issues or provide services that matter at the moment)
Negatives and things they need to work on: The orders take ages to deliver The Ghee Masala roast took more than 30 minutes to reach or tables - highly unacceptable as this is one of their signature dish. This is the 5th or the 6th time this delay. In fact, this delay in this special dish (the reason why we go there again and again) has been a very consistent factor during all our visits. It simply takes too long. Even the Vada took more than 15 minutes to be delivered At 9:15 AM - they had run out of Mini Breakfast (the same case the past two visits) At 9:15 AM they had run out of Pongal (another of their signature dish)
I'd pass this off as a one of incident if it had just happened once (in fact, I did not bother to write in my earlier visits as I gave them the benefit of doubt of an one off incident - but the 6th tine and consistent delay, is too much of a pattern to ignore)
They quickly need to hire a professional trainer to train their very pleasant mannered staff on hospitality and customer service initiatives. Just smiling, apologizing will not solve the issue. they need to provide a solution to the customer and a constructive feedback to the management.
I hope they get their act together soon - the food is simply out of the world - but in the hospitality industry, only an overall customer experience will help them survive the stiff...

Read moreFound this place decent looking from the outside on our way back from Ooty to Coimbatore. We were a group of 10 and they tired, the person outside seated us the the AC hall. This is where they tried to scam us. Wheather this scam is defined by the MBA holders in corporate or this is a local branch scam I am not sure. But since they printed a menu item, I think it's the management of this particular branch that's trying to scam customers. When we got seated in the AC area, we ordered 10 South Indian meals priced Rs155. The server told us that in the AC area, they only serve the Rajabhojabam quietly priced Rs 280+ tax for a few North Indian dishes. We tried to ask why they have it on the menu if they don't serve it. No answer. They serve South Indian meals in the non AC section only it seams. Yet that have two different menus printed for the AC and non AC sections. AC prices are slightly inflated which is okay. By compelling me to eat something I don't want just because we are in the AC section is totally scamming. By account of principle, we divided to stem into the non AC section and order the sounth Indian meals. Meals was okay. Nothing special. An average South Indian meal. I would pick any road side meal in Hyderabad anyday as someone from Andhra. I think this place is a rip off. Never visiting again. If you are not a local, I would recommend you not to visit this place and...
