Call for Cake — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Today at 2 PM ordered barbie cake and I mentioned the pick up time as 6.30 PM but they said me cake will be ready at 5PM. I reached at 6.15 PM to the cake shop they asked me to wait for a while and it went upto 6.35 PM and later they said that cake went to sivanandha colony wait for another 30 MIN, how dare they can say the customer to wait for another 30 MIN, function time is at 7PM. From sivanandha colony to thudiyalur it will take atleast 45 MIN at peak time it's a very traffic. Those girls are really worst I think the girls in both GK mills and Thudiyalur are just coming for time pass, no responsibility and no followup for the given order. Friends don't come to this shop they are not ready to provide the order at right time, waste of time.

Customer is not important to them, see at last minute they made late and asking me to wait for another 30 MIN, is am purchasing for their need or my need. Minus infinity is my mark. Who is the owner for this cake shop, foolish MD not following any thing in shop, he or she should question the workers why the order is not delivered at proper time. Every one is coming to your shop with expectations becoz of your irresponsible and lethagic we are hurted, MD of this shop should answer for my disappointment. Wasted petrol 200 came for order one time and again came for picking and made disappointed disappointed disappointed. Worst worst worst 100% wasted my time expectations and becoz of you I got tense, went to ibaco and got new cake and started the function late becoz of this cake shop. I was answering for the late to my relatives cause of thus stupid shop. F* for cake. Disappointment for cake will be the right name...

Worst response..👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Whenever we order the cake they mistake something wrong. 1st bday of my daughter I ordered brabie cake 3kg they forgot to write the name. 6th bday I ordered Unicorn cake they missed the name. Usually this creats last movement disappoints.

As it's nearer to location I prefer call for cake. This time also when I asked for order they are very keen on marketing the cake saying only 2 kg 3 kg possible. But same cake is delivered to some customer s (my friens) in 1 kg. The sales person in the shop are worst worst 👎👎👎 don't even no how to respond or talk to customer. Someone responsible should be in shop sales person just nknow how to deliver the cake . They call to some person if we ask for details. Otherwise taste and quality are good. I have brought cake for all events from call for cake but while giving orders for special occasions like bdays thetheir...

Taste was good and I ve placed the order for birthday cake based on planet theme but they didn't do as per my specifications mentioned in order sheet although I ve sent them in whatsapp also they didn't do it properly. I asked for sun cartoon but they didn't do it and I mentioned in rocket 23 should be there but they did 3 only. Planets was not about my expectation.
