Wow! Momo — Restaurant in North Zone

I frequently visit your shop at Prozone Mall. Today I bought 3 sets of momos in your shop. The billing time was around 9.00PM. At the billing counter I met a person whose name was saravanan. He is always using his mobile phone and speaking with someone and not properly listening to our order. He did not even properly explain the offers and replied very rudely. It clearly shows that he is not interested in attending to the customer.

Ordered Chicken Delight steamed momos(Rs 139+tax)on 24th Dec at 12.15 pm.Was informed only the chilli version was available by the female billing staff. After assuring it wasn't spicy (for the child) paid Rs 215. It was one of the spiciest food i have ever eaten. My child couldn't even take a bite. Momos were dry and hard. Had to trash it. Had veg combo thali for under 200/-, which had 3 different gravy options to choose from and fried rice/noodles. In addition, they serve small bites with that - kimchi, honey chilli potato.
