Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Worst place to dine. Neither the food, service or ambience is close to decent. Wish I could give zero stars. Review in detail is as below: I visited the outlet during evening time. I ordered the food when there were only a couple of other customers. However, it took more than half an hour of persistent pestering from my end to even get a reply to know the status of my order. After 40 mins of wait I was given the food which was different from what i had ordered. When I pointed this out, I was asked to "adjust" with what had been served. After asking to meet the manager, they agreed to replace the food with the correct order. Also the service by the staff was rude and impolite. Coming to the food, I had ordered nachos and tacos. Both items seemed to be cooked with old oil which was very evident from the taste and smell. The nachos were in a color that looked more like cardboard( think it was made of rice flour instead of corn) and very oily( pls see attached photo). The tacos too was very oily and the filing seemed to be stale. They did not even bother to serve a hot meal. Since the waiting time was approximately 40 mins, I asked for a glass of water. This alone took 20 mins and 5 times of asking the staff. The ambience was also terrible. Though they have separate seating area, there was not even a fan. Oct/25 The food is consistent and best place in Prozone mall to sit and eat since the place is usually not too packed. The staffs are brilliant and friendly, Love their hot ketchup so much.

20/APR/24 update Visited again, the food turned out good this time, the burritos are a bit too hard, price is as usual higher but the quality has been brought back. The coke seems to be a bit off, not sweet enough compared to regular coke bottles which i personally like.

Renovations done to the place makes it a bit dark and cave like feeling which again i personally like, gives a pub vibe, unfortunately not enough ventilation. there are no more QR codes in table which can be used to scan and order, now we have to stand in queue to even order which is a bit pointless. Overall not bad this time

Really disappointing

I have been loving taco bell for years, even though its a bit pricey for the food that they serve, but one thing they always had is consistency. I was never really disappointed until today.

The naked chicken taco was looking disgusting, mushy at the bottom and on the inside, it’s really worrying me

The fries looked burnt and very blunt taste had no salt at all, looks like the management is lacking the quality control for the pongal holidays. Hope you recover and start delivering some...

Honest Review: Ordered N* Chicken Tacos NCT, N* Chicken Nachos NCN, Mexi wrap chicken through swiggy.. seriously what kind of layered batter are you guys using for NCT, 0 zero taste literally on the processed chicken, the only thing I can taste is the lettuce n some sauce in between... NCN so called added Mexican spices I have to search through lens, nothing, again tasting like a plastic rubber with a normal batter coating, go and eat kfc pops to know the difference.. Mexi wrap chicken is a hit, I ll give u that , whatever sauce you guys added goes well with the chicken (the chicken taste is there)...point is the batter on/and together with "zero tender less processed chicken" (took from fridge , apply batter and fried,, can definitely deduce that) on NCT and NCN is worst...Sorry guys definitely not worth for the amount spent, but this is the truth, the same review...
