KFC — Restaurant in Odisha

I ordered food Wednesday pack 399, on 13/03/2024, at 9.40pm and estimated time was 10.25pm but it was delivered at 11.30pm and with 1 wrong dip , and so on I managed to finish it up by next day 14/03/2024 around 12.20am , their services is next level ,that they are searching for riders to ride my food and they didn't find so , they delivered it buy their own staff after settling their stuffs in KFC store , as a result surprise I got chilled yummy kfc . Thank you so much for showing me your gratitude. So I suggest everyone who may see this should prefer dine or pick up if you want in time but not the quality and taste of food in DN REGALIA. I hope kfc will be take action against this to improve its brand value. Last time I had kfc since 4 yrs back but still I'm not regretting to quitting kfc for ever ....

I placed the order using KFC application for which my payment was successful and then it showed order is being prepared and after 15minutes suddenly it showed something went wrong and then in my order history there was not even any details of the order .I asked in store they said you will get the refund back and till now no refund also I tried to reach out to the customer care and call restaurant but no one is responding and call is automatically getting cut after a beep ...I hate KFC service 😡I don't know why they had kept this customer support option and call restaurant option and also you can't give a complaint regarding your order in kfc app !!Only you can give your feedback 😡 Worst...

I came here and ordered ultimate bucket and the person named Baisakhi was extremely rude and had no sense of talking when I asked her to do parcel and she told extremely rudely that they don’t have plastic lids and will give 3 cans and when the total came it was high around 100 rs. If they doesn’t have lids why am I supposed to pay extra. Earlier when we used to order from other outlets they used to exchange glasses for bottle equivalent to that without paying extra and then they are at fault and speaking extremely rudely to customers just to satisfy their ego is not fine.
