Street Foods By Punjab Grill Patrapada — Restaurant in Odisha

This is about Paneer Singh and chicken khurana which I guess is a part of Punjab grills chain. I have had reasonably good food from here for quite a number of times through delivery channels as it is within 5 mins from my residence. Today when I ordered my food and hour went by and still the message your food is being prepared kept popping up,so I requested for a cancellation. If for some reason they couldn't make the dish they should have cancelled the order earlier so that I could have placed an alternative order somewhere else. Absolutely horrible experience:

We ordered two combo meals. The rice and chicken were both undercooked in both thalis, the chicken so badly so that it wasn't really edible - we had to leave it. The dal was passable but the veg sabzi tasted like it was a couple of days old, and from the fridge. Not cool.

Also, both thalis had about four bits of hair in them. Yes, BOTH thalis separately had hair! Clearly, the only people wearing hairnets all the time are the ones at the counter, not those in the kitchen!

Oh, and two combos/thalis cost us 650 bucks.

I'm happy to spend more, even, at a good restaurant but this I'm avoiding forevermore. Not coming...

Extremely Pathetic. Food is not at all worth the cost.. I ordered chhole and tandoori roti for 156 rs/-.. quantity was very less and not fulfilling for one person. Also, tandoori rotis were dry and didn't even have a butter spread on them. Chhole quantity was also less. And then I ordered sweet lassi. For 100 rs/- It was very diluted lassi in a small glass( like a sugary buttermilk). In short, after spending Rs 256/- I was still hungry and extremely dissatisfied.
