Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Panvel

Horrible and very rude staff, A.C. wasn't working. Counter person (name Rohit maybe) was so rude He was not attending customers and constantly mumbling something out of anger.. We asked him to take order, he didn't listen..we waited for sometime at the counter then he took our order finally ( not in very pleasant way), but we ignored it.

After waiting at the table for sometime, we asked him how much time it will take, he was so annoyed that he just put the pastry in plate and threw the plate in oven. We were so embarassed and disturbed by his behaviour that we just left the cafe without having anything for which we already paid..

He didn't bother to come and say sorry for his behaviour ,instead he was arguing with us.

I go to CCD regularly , but in kharghar outlet the behaviour of staff really disappointed us..

I read so many reviews with same experience.

Amazing sitting area. There is a sitting area inside the café and there is an amazing sitting area outside the café too. Smoking is permitted in the sitting area outside the café. Smoking is not allowed in the interior of the café. They have a really friendly work force and they will make you feel really comfortable while you order your cup. It is a really nice place to visit at any time of the day, especially in the evening hours to forget about your stressful day and enjoy your cup of coffee. The smell of coffee which kicks in as you open the door gives that amazing feeling which makes you more relaxed. Go with a group of friends or with a book or even alone. This place won't disappoint you. Cards weren't accepted earlier, but now it is being accepted, which I personally think is a good modification. Overall a good place to hangout. Good views and...

Pathetic service by counter person, when I entered table was not cleaned, I asked the counter person to send someone to clean, he did not respond and went to changing room , I went to cash counter and I saw 2 person were seating and chatting and not bothered to come out and clean the table. After that person came out from changing room with full of frustration, I asked him politely can you please send someone, he replied “ ruko na karta hoon na “ then he started cleaning table with full of anger , shifting table here and there due to which there was disturbance which was observed by other people seating inside. Then he went kitchen and again there was sound of throwing utensils in washbasin. This unprofessional behaviour forced to come out of cafe. I was regular to this case , ccd improve your customer...
