Domino's Pizza | Sector-4, New Panvel — Restaurant in Panvel

Pathetic service. Every time you order either the pizza is burnt or there is no chees on it or they make it to dry or else they forget to add stuff. Do not order as they dont even help. I contacted coustmer case there was no call back or anything. I contacted the restaurant manager he said mam I was not here when all this happened. I will but you number in group you will receive a call I in next 24 hour. Freaking there was no call.

I am a constant coustmer of domino’s and I can tell you. That the manager have the worst way of talking and treating you. Telling this with almost around 5-7 years of experience.

These people changer money but when it comes to constant quality it not at all up to the mark. And no coustmer support is there. You call 10 times then they hear you out and even if they hear you out they try and dominate you so that you don’t complain. They tell you mama we have done it from our side. now I am doing it from past 1 month and no reply lol.

Total waste of money better invest in people who will later atlest hear you out and provide quality & coustmer service and you will be able to trust. Not like dominos.

I had the worst experience ever with New Panvel (Kalpataru Building Sector 4) Domino’s outlet. I Despite Domino’s 20-minute delivery guarantee, my order arrived after 30 minutes—late and cold.

To make things worse, the pizza seal was missing, which raised serious concerns about food safety. When I called the store to complain, I was met with the most rude, arrogant, and unprofessional employee I have ever encountered Rutuja. She clearly has no customer service skills, no basic manners, and lacks the education needed for her role. Instead of apologizing or resolving the issue, she spoke to me in the most disrespectful and unprofessional way. She has no idea how to talk to customers and acts like she owns the place.

According to the latest reviews of this Domino’s location, many customers have also complained about her terrible behavior. So my question is—why is Domino’s still allowing her to ruin their reputation? Why are they not taking action against her?

This was by far the worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had. Terrible service, late and cold food, and an incompetent so-called “manager.” Avoid this place unless you want to be treated...

Location: Located near DMart, it is a 5-10 minute drive from the Panvel Railway station. Ample parking space can be found around the restaurant.

Ambience: It is an average-sized restaurant and the ambience is at par with any other Domino's outlet.

Food: At par with the quality of food expected from Domino's. I have personally frequented this restaurant for 5+ years now, and I have had no complaints about the taste. During this experience, I tried the new Unthinkable Pizza and Indi-Tandoori Paneer, and both were quite good. I recommend going for pan or even cheese burst, instead of the regular hand-tossed crust.

Service: Polite staff. However, the place is quite popular, which means there are long queues during peak hours, especially on weekends. However, the order fulfilment times are quick, especially when you opt for home delivery.

Pricing: Domino's pricing is not cheap by any means, but the taste is as good as it gets, so it is pretty much worth it.
