Totally totally disappointed of my experience at this outlet yesterday.
Avoid this place when crowded , no token system no clarity when they say speak. No guarantee you will get your food on time until you have a good relation or regular to the place.
Biggest disppointment is when i got my take away order and i went home the taste i always like of the chicken shawarma platter was not tasty , no mayo in the pack, shawarma was all dry and looks like he just wanted to clear the pending orders. Grilled lollipop was salty so hated it. Finally the bombay biryani, no taste and no proper chicken and lack of masala, the dumbiyani was totally dry.
I am very disppoint, dont go when the place is crowded, also they over power when they have lot of customer around , totally disppointed
Also i overheard some of his staff not properly behaving with customers, especially the swiggy/ zomato delivery partners, be good courteous when you talk to anyone whi walks in...
ย ย ย Read moreI have never dined at Fatoush. Only ordered. But it's one of my favorite places to order from, in Kharghar.
One, and THE ONLY dish I ever order from here is their CHICKEN SHAWARMA PLATTER.
It is DELICIOUS. So filling. So tasty.
So it's basically minced chicken marinated in mayonnaise with veggies like pickled cucumber, cabbage etc. Their give 3 pita breads, divided into 4 each that is 12 pieces of bread pockets. The platter consists of salad also which is basically pickled cucumber, chillies, cabbage and beetroot.
And the star of their platter is their MASALA FRIES and MAYONNAISE.
I KID YOU NOT, THEIR MAYONNAISE IS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. AND THEIR FRIES? OH MY GOD! (Yep, exactly how Janice says it). The masala in their fries is heavenly.
As I'm writing this review, my mouth is watering just thinking about their food-gasmic fries. LOVE THEM.
I always make sure I order a fries separately, along with the added platter fries....
ย ย ย Read moreOne of the busiest places from the food options at the Hiranandani Crystal Plaza. This outlet is a treat for Non Veg lovers. The mein has a lot of options from shawarmas, tikkas, burger, biryani, salads, etc. They have a pastry selection too. Fatoush is known for their Shawarmas and you can choose from a variety of shawarmas. Their lebanese one is quite good and so are thier tikka shawarmas, especially the pahadi chicken and malai chicken shawarma. Also their tikkas are very good and you can try thier tikka platter. The only thing I haven't liked here is the seekh kabab shawarma, seems they used a processed seekh which it tasted like. The bread also can improve. The place is usually crowded and they some small stools and tables for seating. It might take long if it's a weekend. Portion size is good and pricing is decent.
