Hotel Sai Pooja — Restaurant in Panvel

I have been visiting the place since last ten years...!! Perhaps more...!! The set up of the place has undergone several changes but the experience of the place has remained consistent always...!!!

I liked the tea of this place a lot... A cup of tea costing Rs. 8 has now become Rs. 30....!!! The quantity of the tea served has also reduced significantly...!!! Upma, Uttapam, Idlis are some of the items I have tried over the years...!!!

In my personal opinion, the sitting arrangement is stuffy and cramped..!!! A peep inside the kitchen is better avoided...!! The inflow of customers is huge and hence one is always eager to see you vacate the place... Credit Card Payments are now being accepted but there is a body language of reluctance in accepting cards... Perhaps, may not accept card payment for bills less than Rs. 100....

Overall, PQR (Price to Quality Ratio) is a little too...

Pathetic place. The waiters are very bad in behaviour and hospitality. At 9 30 AM in the morning when I went there for snacks the idli was not at all hot and when I told the waiter I was answeres that all others are eating this only no one is complaining. When I complained this to the owner on cash counter he also was least bothered to take any action over the same. I would never visit this place ever and ensure to publish this review as much as possible so those guys come to know the power of digital media and they better...

I recently visited this place and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. First off, the service was painfully slow, even though the place wasn’t that busy. We ordered the sabudana khichdi, and I was quite disappointed. The portion was surprisingly small for the price, and nothing tasted fresh.
