Hotel Sai Sagar — Restaurant in Panvel

Very unprofessional staff and service. I had ordered Veg kolhapuri and 4 rotis from this restaurant. The manager (An old guy) he kept on stappeling the parcels and handed over my order. When I came back home I noticed that he did not add 4 rotis in the parcel bag. When I called the restaurant regarding the same the manager kept on rejecting my call. Then I myself visited the restaurant regarding this issue the manager misbehaved with me and I'll treated me and asked the waiter to give 4 rotis to me when I asked for refund instead of rotis he gave me a 100₹ note and shamelessly asked me for 20₹ change instead of apologizing for the mistake or misbehavior from the staff. This is a thing of major concern and I request all the customers to think twice before visiting such place where customers are treated like beggars. Highly not recommended...
