KFC — Restaurant in Panvel

Ordered KFC tonight through Swiggy from this Kamothe branch. It was an Ultimate Savings Bucket. First of all when I opened the package the chicken wasn't in the bucket but sitting inside the paper bag. Tried to get in contact with Swiggy and couldn't. They want u to email ur issue and wait until they reply. I'm not gonna do that. I'm taking it to the higher authorities.Then we decided to jus eat it and everything was raw. It was jus half boiled chicken in a batter. No salt, no flavor, no masala, nuttin. And not fully cooked. For such a huge international company r u guys really this dumb? Don't u kno u can get shut down for this kinda food? I'm seriously taking this up with the Food and Safety department. U people think we the customers jus get our money from the side of the road? We work damn hard for our money and this is the garbage that we get? We're not begging KFC for free food. We're paying our money and want what we paid for. If ur staff cannot do the job properly then get new staff or shut down the restaurant. This is not the first time I'm having issues with this branch. I jus never complained before but I'm truly fed up now. How can u sell raw chicken to anyone. R u people only concerned about filling ur pockets and don't care about any of ur customers. What if someone gets sick from eating raw meat? Do u people even care or u jus wanna make money. I'm also gonna take this up with Head Office to. Tomorrow morning bright and early I'm getting in contact with both head office and The Food and Safety department. All my food had to go in the garbage and all my money got wasted. The very first day of the year and this is what ur selling to the customers? U guys have no shame. How would u feel If I made u eat this raw meat. Do u even care about gaining customers or loosing them. I'm never gonna buy from this branch again. Now I understand y this branch is having so many bad reviews. I won't even recommend this...

I had ordered from this place and the bill was Rs 1150...This is the 2nd time I am facing this issue with this place...The Chicken was Soggy as it was kept for a long time outside ..the bucket with 6 pics was tasting so bad..the 2 burgers of Chicken had only bread with a Tiny peice of Chicken...The 1st time I thought it was a weekend their might be rush but yesterday was a week day and still check business ethics practiced on KFC name...

People don't be fooled by the ratings this place has 4.3...if you check the ratings it is only stars given maybe be by their friends and family members...

They might serve good if you are sitting there but the take aways are Very Very Very BAD...

Food by a Colonel. Good war-time-like food! Bucket gets moist though. May ruin one of the fundamental purpose of the food and the service.

Very fishy branch. The employees do a very good job of covering up the entities glitches; hindering its development. Is that rock salt I smell in my fart and the air at home and the toilet? Croton tiglium? I am not fat. Don’t waste my money, please. You can keep your creamy layer elite habits to yourself.

I had scheduled for lunch to be delivered (12 hours before delivery time), but ended up picking up dinner from the outlet.

Hopefully, not the case in their all vegetarian branch. Hopefully, not an experiment to develop mouldy flour.
