Subway Tharwani Kamothe — Restaurant in Panvel

I recently visited the Subway outlet at Outlets Last and had a pretty good experience. The place was clean, well-lit, and the staff were polite and efficient. I appreciated the freshness of the ingredients – the vegetables were crisp and the bread was warm and soft, just how I like it. I went with the classic Chicken Teriyaki sub, and it was flavorful and satisfying.

One thing I really like about Subway is the customization. You get to pick your bread, toppings, and sauces, so every visit can be a bit different. I also noticed they had some new menu items and a good selection of healthier options.

I ordered from this outlet on zomato and didn't recieve any sides. The 3 cheese sandwich was not delivered, instead something else was given. When I tried to contact them about my issue they took long enough time to test my patience just to say that they are sorry for inconvenience and write a review on restaurant page. Restaurant replied to zomato service that the order was correct. We do not have enough free time to register a fake complaint. If u have not given the order properly at least accept it. Worst...

Don't ever order from this restaurant on Zomato or Swiggy. They didn't make sub as per my selection. Mint Mayonnaise, Onions, Olives, jalapeños, salt n peppers, Cheese slice all these things were missing. When zomato contacted restaurant, they said they had put all these things in sub. Complete liars. Staff must be either non-trained, or keeping these veggies and cheese to themselves, robbing customers of their hard earned money. Pathetic outlet...
