Temptation Kamothe -Best Restaurant in kamothe — Restaurant in Panvel

We ordered Paneer Tikka Masala and consumed about two pieces of paneer along with some gravy before requesting the remaining portion to be packed. However, upon receiving the parcel, I noticed the quantity was significantly smaller than expected.

While washing my hands, I observed that the original serving bowl/kadai still contained paneer pieces and gravy that had not been included in the parcel. When I inquired about this, I was informed that the paneer and gravy served earlier were mistakenly extra and had been removed to serve another customer.

This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and raises serious concerns about the quality of food and service at your outlet. Such practices are unacceptable and undermine customer trust.

I hope you will take immediate steps to address this issue and ensure it does not happen again...
