KFC — Restaurant in Panvel

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I ordered 12 strips and was given only 11 — getting the quantity wrong is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic attention to detail.

To make matters worse, when I went to pick up the order 15 minutes later — which is a perfectly normal timeframe for takeaway — the lady at the counter started arguing with me for “coming early.” Her rude and unprofessional attitude was completely out of line, especially when I had already confirmed the order details with her.

What’s even more frustrating is that the manager didn’t even bother to come out and address the situation or correct her behavior. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and shows zero accountability.

I expect this to be taken seriously, and I’d like to know what action will be taken regarding both the incorrect order and the...

There was one employee she was so rude to the customer I was gone there for the first time i asked the offer she didn't listen then I asked here again what is the price of big bucket she was like what bucket which bucket and she was laughing at me does this service and like how you treat the customer. I self is in customer service job but i never treat the people like this means this how your service you give it's your to answer the question. If u place order to this kfc on swiggy, the kfc restaurant will pack your order within 5 minutes but don't handover the pack to delivery partner ( actual kfc is inside mall at 2rd floor & mall authority don't allow delivery agents to enter mall. Therefore It is responsibility of restaurant executive to carry & handover pack to delivery agent at ground floor but these restaurant executives are lazy & dont send ready pack to ground untill they get 20-30 order to take to ground floor ( about 50 to 90 minutes). Therefore food become cold, wet & tasteless. I have experience this thing with other outlets as well at orion mall. Thus, don't order online from outlets inside orion mall, go & have It there.
