Subway Orion Mall Panvel — Restaurant in Panvel

The staff are running their own shop under Subway's name and are using "Buy one Get one" boards to attract customers just to fool them by serving them an expensive sub without the offer. Staff don't communicate clearly, and forcefully give you the sub that you didn't ask for. There's no option to select your own toppings and they barely add any toppings. After preparing the food they give it to you with an argument saying "you never said anything about the offer" and no refund. And if I did not mention it before, the food tastes...

I asked for Parmesan Oregano bread, they denied saying they don't have it. Story doesn't end here, as soon as I said that ,I won't have any other bread other than Oregano one, they acted as if searching for one of them in their oven, after acting for abt 30seconds they offered me the Oregano bread. The WORST Subway I ever had. Mr. Kartik, the manager in Orion mall subway shop gives you wrong bread, when told, he doesn't refund or change bread, also will ask you for things without saying he is charging additional cost for the same, at later will say "It was common sense".
