worst hotel and worst experience ever ,,, they have the most undisciplined manager ,does not know how to talk with customer,,, i had been there yesterday for dinner along with my family ,my 3yr old kid was hungry and requested me for french fries as she does not like to eat outside masala food,,, i requested the waiter for French fries and he said we dont have it and we dont allow outside food,, when i went and requested the manager that my baby is very hungry and crying for fries plz allow me to bring only for her , he started talking arrogantly and said we dont care of she is hungry its your lookout , if you want cancel your food and go but we will not let her eat here,,,,,,,, he was so rude, i mean is your rule regulation so important that you dont have heart for little baby ,,,,,,pathetic and not only mine but the family sitting and dining there also said that the manager has no manners to talk .... i will surely be taking strict action against...

I recently ordered from your place and wanted to share my experience.

The biryani was really good. I loved the flavor and quality, definitely worth a 4 out of 5 rating. However, it was a bit disappointing that no raita was included with it. Raita is usually expected with biryani and would’ve completed the meal.

As for the chicken lollipop, the taste was great, but I missed the usual cabbage or salad garnish that typically comes along. Serving just the lollipops without any sides felt incomplete.

Packaging needs improvement. The biryani was well-packed and secure, but the lollipop packaging was very poor. Also, using plastic bags for overall packaging isn't ideal. Please consider switching to paper bags, which are more eco-friendly and create a better impression.

Overall, the food taste was nice, but there’s room for improvement in completeness and packaging. Would love to order again if these small issues...

All the 4 items that i ordered were absolutely fresh & tasty. The food quality was nice and quantity was good enough & sufficient. The order was delivered quickly before time and the food was warm. I found the food value for money. Also this place is well maintained, clean & hygienic with decent staff and proper services. The packaging done was nice.
