✴️ AMBIENCE ✴️ The ambience very welcoming and the walls covered with paintings depicting names of different regions in Maharashtra, Place is pleasing, it is beautifully crafted from lighting’s, décor. It is G+1 restaurant and their sitting arrangement which is top-notched. This place is very cheery and refreshing.

✴️ SERVICE ✴️ The staff is very polite & cooperative to inform their speciality in detail! The staff is quick and always be ready on their toes to serve you the best.

We are welcome with “ KOKAM SARBAT”. It was really refreshing. Love it.

Our food arrived pretty fast which was great because we were famished.

✳️ VEG SEEKH KEBAB ✳️ These were mix vegetables kebabs with the perfect crispness. Their Kebabs are crispy from out and soft within and melting in the mouth. Kebabs was so moreish they disappear in seconds. Do have it!. green chutney in sidings was good add on!.

✳️ MUTTON PAYA SOUP ✳️ The texture was great and taste was superb. I  will strongly recommend try this soup here. It’s epic , the spices tenderness of meat makes each sip worth. Must Try.

✳️ KALA CHICKEN THALI ✳️ The Thali was huge, it consisted KALA CHICKEN FRY, CHICKEN BHUNA , CHICKEN FRY , DAHI KANDA , UNLIMITED  TAMBDA & PANDHARA RASSA , INDRAYANI RICE , CHAPATI/BHAKRI. Everything was up to the mark and had a great taste. Chicken was Cooked very Well and chicken Pieces also properly mixed with spices .Taste was Great. KALA CHICKEN FRY was finger licking yummy. Also we had In mains kolhapur's famous Tambda & Pandhara Rassa which tasted exactly you get in Kolhapur.

✳️ VEG THALI ✳️ Veg Thali which was surprisingly awesome. It consisted Pithala , Bharli Wangi Masala, Sukki Bhaji, Varan, Solkadhi,Indrayani Bhat/Pulav , Chapati/Bhakari. Everything from rice till veggies were perfectly cooked with its own flavours. Pithla was tasty and well made. It was not soggy at all. Sol kadi had perfect seasonings and no overpowering with any flavours. Just Perfect Typical Maharashtriani flavours & spices perfectly cooked with finesse!!

✳️ GULAB JAMUN ✳️ Their gulab jamuns are amazing and a must-have if you are craving some dessert after the filling meal.

Maharashtra Lunch Home😘

Excellent place for Maharashtrian non veg food. It is located in Kharghar just 5-7 mins far from Kharghar railway station. very easy to locate and reachable. This place is very big and Ambiance is really good. They have table for six, four, and two persons. They used wooden tables and chairs but even sofa like structures was there in second section. Best part was they serve kokam juice as a welcome drink to everyone. And something crispy which is fried in fish oil, that thing was amazing in taste. Staff was very attentive and polite. They were attending us frequently even they helped us in menu. Now Coming to the food part, we ate 1 starter, two thalis and gulabjamun for desert.

Rawas Koliwada:- As this place is specially known for sea food,we decided to try fish starters only.They had lot of varieties in starters from Chicken lollipop to tandoori pomfret.We ordered rawas Koliwada which was served with green pudina chutney and chopped onions and lemon.The fish was properly fried with delicious coating of spices.The quantity was worth the price.

Surmai tawa fry thali:- This thali will definitely satisfy your hunger for seafood .A lot of different things comprised in a single thali! It had one big fried surmai piece, fish gravy, suka javala, solkadhi, bhakri, biryani rice. The quantity was well and enough for a single person. The surmai piece was fresh and shallow fried in authentic spices, tasted really yummy. Javala is a kind of dry fish which was cooked with kokam and was bit spicy and tasty at the same time. Solkadhi was upto the taste and I wish it could be unlimited. There was a choice for rotis-1 bhakri or 2 chapatis or 4 kombadi vade.Bhakri was really soft. The fish gravy was not much spicy but tastier than expected.

Kala mutton thali:- A perfect thali for mutton lovers. It had everything like Mutton fry, Mutton Keema, Kala Mutton fry. Biryani rice or Indrayani bhat were two choices for rice. And you can choose any one from bhakri or chapati. It cost 20rs extra for neer dosa or vade. Tried padhra rassa first time and the experience was amazing. I just loved padhra rassa. This thali was more than enough for one person. They never compromise for quantity of mutton pieces. Keema was proper in taste, well balanced with authentic spices.
